I have to tell of how good God has been to us this last week! It actually goes a little further back, but to shorten things up, I'll lay a small foundation to bring you up to date.
My husband has epilepsy, and this causes Grand Mal seizures. Although it's very unethical and illegal, many companies won't hire an epileptic. As you can imagine it's been a little difficult for him to keep steady employment. A little more than a year ago my husband had a job opportunity that he considered not pursuing because the starting pay was so low. We prayed about it and felt it was the way we needed to go, so he got the job with no problems and $2 more on the hour than the normal starting pay! Going into the interviews, the company was very aware of his condition. The plant manager at the time was very understanding with the epilepsy. We went through a period where Chuck was having a seizure at least once a week sometimes twice a day. Chuck missed a lot of work, but the manager worked with him, and assured him all was well. Docs finally got meds straightened out, and Chuck got better! In the last ten months he's only had about three seizures. It wasn't long after Chuck's meds got straightened out that the plant manager left for a better job! God placed him there just for us! The manager now is still pretty understanding, but I'm unsure if he would've had the compassion his predecessor displayed. Then again, God can work things out no matter the circumstances! This week my husband went up for his yearly review, and he got a raise of $1 on the hour! God certainly takes care of his own! Praise God! I'm so glad I serve a God that hears and answers prayers, and loads us daily with His benefits!

Testimony of a Grateful Husband
Becky is also a miracle to me as well. Before I met her, I was grieving over the loss of a very close friend of over 20 years who was like a mother to me. Before I met that friend, God promised that I would one day meet Becky and He gave me certain signs, even the first name of our son. I had backslid shortly after recieving the promise, and went through an "Oddessey" if you will and returned to God. I thought for sure that I had blew it and missed His promise to me, and after I had lost that friend who was like a mother to me, I read where Isaac grieved over his own mother's death, and how God led Abraham's servant to find him a wife named Rebecca... While I was still grieving I cried out to God and told Him "I needed a Rebecca too". It was shortly afterwards I met her. Come to find out, she lived 1 block away from the church I went to as a kid, and was friends with the pastor's daughter. Becky and I recalled several times where we nearly met before I moved to SC, and we met 800 miles apart. I found out that God is faithful and keeps His promises even if we aren't faithful. Through her, I learned of God's love, grace, and mercy. I prided myself in my knowlege of the Bible, but God through her made it REAL to me, and showed me His character through her.
Thanks to my brother Perry for submitting this powerful testimony! We believe it will help someone along the way!

I am thankful because...
I am thankful because...
This is a great reminder that we have lots to be thankful for!
I believe it is so important to acknowledge even the smallest blessings in our lives and the Source from whence they come! When we tell others of the good things happening in our lives, we are also telling ourselves, thus becoming more and more aware of how truly blessed we are with each testimony we give!! Just like Steve here, open up your heart, and testify!!
Testimony from Breast Cancer Survivor
I recieved Jesus as my Savior in 1998 after finding out I had breast cancer. that day I went to the surgeons office and was so scared but when I went to leave I got into my jeep and shut the door I heard Jesus speak to me as if He were right there sitting beside me He told me that everything would be ok. I knew right then that I could trust Him in all things He was clearly by my side throughout my treatment and is still by my side today. I love the Lord with all my heart and soul. He told the surgeon when he found the first lump that was a very slow growing cancer and he was about to stop He told him you have to go deeper. Thank You Lord as he listened and there was a smaller lump behind the first but it was an extremely aggresive cancer that would have killed me in a short 6 weeks to 6 months. but he got it in time and and with a mastectomy and chemo I have been cancer free for 12 + years.
Praise God Becky! He is so good! Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Thanks to Becky for her awesome testimony! If this relates to you, please comment! Thanks!

Welcome to Iwant2testify!
Welcome to Iwant2testify! It is my goal for this blog to become a familiar place for you to come and share your testimonies and other experiences you’ve had. The purpose of this blog is to bring glory to God for His grace and goodness that He pours upon us so generously every day.
From time to time there are blessings that are too much to contain! I also believe that almost everyone has a moment at least once a day in which they have a small revelation or thought that we dismiss and continue on with our day, but when shared, that thought can be a very big blessing to someone else! I want to encourage you when you have these moments and blessings, big or small, to say to yourself, “I want to testify!”
I look forward to sharing these with you and hopefully other subscribers to this blog! Email me at iwant2testify@yahoo.com, or leave your testimony right here with a comment! Follow us on twitter! @iwant2testify or like us on facebook! I look forward to hearing from you!
